A Brief Moment of Pure Undiluted Joy Like No Other

Do you ever have one of those moments where you briefly feel so joyous can barely contain yourself?

Sometimes, something happens at the right moment, and everything fits perfectly. But before long, the moment is over.

If only all of life could be like those moments. But maybe that would be too overwhelming?

Anyway, let me tell you about my recent experience. I’ll start with the context first but stick with me because it makes it all fit together.

So, I was out for an afternoon walk in a wooded valley park. For the first couple of hours, I was being mindful — looking effortlessly with soft eyes, listening to the breeze, and just being in the moment. I find that calming.
