A man could know the difference and still feel a sexual charge from it. That's not to do with attitude. It's biology. Like if you smell food when you're hungry, even if you know it's not yours to eat.

But yes, us men on the autistic spectrum do indeed often get confused by what women are trying to communicate. That's not really to do with attitude either, but more about neurodiversity. Personally, I tend to err on the side of caution and try not to make any assumptions.
