No, those people are some testosterone-laden ex-seafarers who are yelling into their phones all day long. They are yelling at other very grown and very manly men (who call themselves “Captains”), and apparently whoever yells the loudest wins. I think that’s the game, I’m not sure if I have fully grasped the rules yet.
