It says "Free to use under the Unsplash License". And the license says "All photos can be downloaded and used for free. Commercial and non-commercial purposes"

I dug a bit deeper into the terms, and it says it doesn’t cover “People’s images if they are recognizable in the Photos”. I think you have misunderstood that to mean people. But it doesn’t, it means people’s images, like if there was one of your private photos within the image.

And the bit about logos, that means if there is a famous logo caught within the photo. But if the image itself is of a non-copyright logo, that is fine to use.

I think you need to post another announcement about this, Susie, because it seems you have misunderstood Unsplash’s terms.
