But this is just an extreme example of what is true for all of us. I don't have your brain, so I'm not going to make quite the same decisions as you. It doesn't mean I'm not capable of making decisions, it just means I can only make the choices my brain is able to make at any particular moment, due to whatever is happening in my brain at that moment. None of us have super human brains that know everything or understand everything, so to a mild degree we are all slightly mentally disabled.
