But where did the will to move your arm come from?

I do not believe in free will as it seems to me to be self-evident. When I decide to move my arm to get something to drink, it happens because I willed it to be so. If I waited for determinism to bring me something to drink, I would surely perish.

But where did the will to move your arm come from? Did you choose to have the will? The presence of will doesn't mean it is free.
