Have you ever heard about Wealthy Affiliate? Many of the members there make money simply by referring other people to WA. In fact, if they're not sure about what niche to go into, they get guided into the "Make Money Online" niche to promote WA. And they get trained to do that by writing reviews of competing sites, saying that WA is the best way to learn how to make money online, even though they are usually beginners and have no idea whether that's actually true.
