You could add a subtitle. If you can't think of anything unique to put there, you could just pick two of the 9 reasons, for example:

1. I love the people I work with. 8. I have a way to express myself to my friends.

I think you could find a better image. Rather than a dark image featuring money, it would be more eye-catching with a brighter image on the theme of theater performance. For example, perhaps one of these:
