I agree. He is a spammer. Plain and simple. The fact that he's autistic is irrelevant. I'm sure there are other autistic spammers. There are also many autistic non-spammers.

I don't believe he needs to do it because of of autistic stimming. He could easily highlight sentences for himself without actually making it a public highlight. Even on a phone, it's possible to temporarily highlight a sentence on a Medium story.

He knows he's breaking Medium's rules, because he's been told.

If everyone highlighted everything like he does, Medium would become unusable. If he highlights your stories, that doesn't mean anything because he does it to everyone.

Why are so many people still enabling his abuse of this site?
