I have read Rupert Spira's book Being Aware of Being Aware, and watched some of his videos. I do actually really like it when I become aware of being aware. Sometimes it feels like the best form of mindfulness or the best form of meditation.
But I'm just questioning whether it's a bit of a mental trick, and whether I would still be conscious if all the other things were removed. I don't know.
