I LOVE THIS!
But I have one question: What about non-autistic introverts? They would not fit the diagnosis criteria for Hypersocial Disorder, yet they would also not be like the majority who have autism.
If anything, these non-autistic introverts could be the most dangerous to society. They can read your facial expressions and body language, but they're not going to tell you what they're thinking. They fly under the radar, understanding everyone and everything but not talking about it.
I think I might write my own article about this.
