I renewed my membership for one month as a brief experiment to see what would happen. That was the intention from the moment I renewed it, as I immediately cancelled it so I wouldn't get automatically rebilled.

What happened was I actually didn't find much time to be here. I spend my days Monday to Friday working, my evenings and weekends outside if the weather is good, or if the weather is not good I often find myself busy with other indoor things. It turns out that even though I knew I'd spent $5 on a month's membership, that wasn't enough to make me get into the habit of regularly reading and writing on here.

I can't say for sure, but I'm probably unlikely to renew my membership again in the near future. I spend so much time reading text on a screen for my work, I don't like reading much during my spare time. I may occasionally publish articles here, though.
