In my Eckhart Tolle articles, I do state that I have found some of his words helpful. There's just specific things he's said that I think are nonsense.

But if everything I had read or heard him say seemed to be nonsense to me, I would still say that. That would still be valid criticism. Would I title it "Eckhart Tolle is full of shit"? Possibly not, but mainy because there are better titles I could think of.

With Medium's rule against "Reviewing businesses or products in a gratuitously harmful or abusive manner", they are trying to prevent deliberate attempts to ruin a business or to steal customers from a business. A common tactic with internet marketing is to write negative reviews of competing businesses in order to steal their customers. Affiliates of the internet marketing site Wealthy Affiliate do this all the time, for example.
