But it seems that the two most import things people can do to succeed on Medium are:

1) Write a lot

2) Read a lot

By reading a lot of other Medium articles, we get to see what works well and what doesn't. We start to learn what articles are enjoyable and interesting to read and which ones are boring or badly written. And by writing lots, we get better at writing. It's seems quite simple really, doesn't it?
