Ohh, you went a bit overboard with the word "Deadly" in the title. Otherwise, a good article.

In a way, I quite like the idea of not owning things. Ownership creates a lot of stress and friction. I remember reading an article years ago about a guy who lost all his posessions when the van he was using to move house got stolen. He said he was a lot happier afterwards. He realised that all his posessions weighed him down.

Anything you own can be taken by somebody else. This creates an undercurrent of stress to life, even if we don't realise it. If you don't own anything, that stress is gone.
