One thing that can trips me up in conversations is when people are expecting you to interject. Like if someone says something like, "Maybe we could go to the park or..." and then there's a pause because I'm thinking "or what?" I'm waiting for them to complete the sentence, but they were expecting me to interrupt them at that point and complete it for them.
