Religion was more necessary in the past, as a way to explain what we didn't know. But the more that time goes on, the fewer holes there are in our collective understanding.

In fact, religious faith has the potential to hold back advancements in knowledge and understanding. If you're satisfied with the answers provided by an old book, why go in search of new answers?

"Your kind will argue that science supersedes faith, their kind will argue that killing animals in the hundreds of thousands will unleash a Karma on your people of magnitudes never seen before."

I wonder how many religious people eat meat. I wonder how many religious people work in slaughterhouses. I wonder how many hardcore vegans are non-religious.

"If you are a man of science your enemy is not Christians, it is the bad-marketers and paid off doctors selling you Aspartame, GMO, and health insurance scams under the pretext of your faith “science”"

I wonder how many bad marketers and paid-off doctors are religious. I wonder how many of the people who are against such things are non-religious.

"Human are sin, gods are divine."

Gods were invented by humans seeking answers where they couldn't yet find anything better.
