However, you and I would have a much better chance of having a constructive and intelligent discussion on this topic if you made it less about you versus me. You are sending mixed messages, because on the one hand you appear to be inviting me to discuss this further with you, but the overly personal tone of your criticisms makes me less inclined to do so. This is the only reason my first reply to you was so short.

So, the question you have to ask yourself it this: do you want to genuinely have a discussion on this topic? If so, try again, but this time make it less personal. If, on the other hand, you're mainly interested in a personal battle, you can go elsewhere because I'm not interested.
