Thank you, Susie. Yes, being organised and self-disciplined seems to be one of my main strengths.

But I have a bad history with "normal" jobs. I've often struggled to work when surrounded by other people and when trying to understand what other people expect of me.

But I've also struggled with trying to make money online too. I've tried many things over many years. Medium has been the quickest I've earned that much money. Even though it's still nowhere near a full-time income yet, it's very encouraging.

And I can do this. I can do this over and over again forever. Writing articles about things that interest me, then getting into debates with people in the comments, reading other people's interesting articles and commenting on them. I can do this all day long, day after day, no problem.

And after a year or two of this, just think of how many articles I'll have written and read. Even if I eventually decide to do something else with my writing skills, this is all such great practice.
