Thanks for highighting this issue, Suzie. On balance, the best approach is probably to stick to using videos that are on the original creator's channel. For example, if I was to embed a video of a BBC sitcom, if it's on the BBC YouTube channel it's fine. But if some random YouTuber has illegally uploaded a clip, it's best not to use that.
