We weren't created in that sense. We evolved over millions of years via random mutations. Mutations that are unhelpful for survival tend to disappear if they don't survive to reproduce. The reason each child isn't born identical is due to different DNA. But I don't claim to be an expert in evolutionary biology, so I don't want to get drawn into an in-depth discussion on that.
You seem to be drawing interpretations from what I said that I didn't intend. This sets off alarm bells for me.
