Well, the thing is, it wasn't obvious to me. I filled in a form, but it was just my name, etc. They accepted that, so I thought that was it, and when I looked it wasn't obvious that I should fill in a different form. But then I did their wizard thing, and it told me which form to fill in. I wonder if they will give me all the money previously kept from me?
