Yes! Although this does assume that Timmy wants to be included. Some kids will misbehave around others because they don't actually want to be around other kids. This was the case for me. I misbehaved a lot at school, and was often getting sent out of the classroom. I preferred being out of the classroom because I found being with too many other people overwhelming.
