The Medium Enhanced Stats plugin mainly helps you see how your stories are doing in real time, which will lead you to compulsively check your stats multiple times a day rather than actually getting on with writing. The only really useful stats are the earnings stats. Look at what earned you the most money last month and try to write more like that this month.
