You would have thought that he should have stepped down from his duties as soon as he was diagnosed with such a serious illness, wouldn't you? Surely, something as vitally important as running a country should only be done by somebody who is fit and well. Shouldn't there be some rule that, as soon as somebody gets diagnosed with something like this, they are automatically replaced?

By the way, it's worth looking at Konstantin Kisin's appearance on Question Time in March. His opinion is that, if pushed, Putin would indeed start a nuclear war. But the key here is "if pushed".
